Six 5 Designs is just plain impressive in every aspect. From the first weld to the last weld, the workmanship is taking with pride and hard work has paid off, here we have one of the best long travel set up for your quad of choice. These a-arms are MX, and will make any Trx450r, Ltr450 or Ds450 about 49.5 inches wide. This kit requires LTR450 spindles for the a-arms to work on any model. Considered an MX Long travel LTR spindle Conversion A-arm for the reasoning that during tests it performed best using LTR spindles, and Six 5 Design has the racer in mind and only puts out the best!
Comes with everything pictured, A-arms, Tie Rods, all hardware and bearings needing for install (just need LTR spindles)
Six 5 Design even uses 6061 Aircraft grade aluminum on our Lower A Arm pivots, This makes the entire pivot system one of the lightest on the market.
Every piece of aluminum from Six 5 Design comes with an anodized finish to keep it looking great for far longer than bare aluminum. Plus it looks cool
Honda Trx450r/er: TRX450 X Level Kit Is Approx a +3 over stock it is also .8” forward in comparison to stock. Requires the Ltr450 spindle swap. These A-arms put the TRX450 at 49.75” wide at 7” ride height using 4:1 rims. They also take 19.5” Extended shocks and 14.0” compressed.
Can-Am Ds450: Ds450 X level A-arms require the Ltr450 Spindle swap as well. These Long travel A-arms bring the Can am to between 49.5inches wide. *Please call us for shock set up info)
Suzuki Ltr450: The LTR front end is +.5” wider than stock and .2” forward from stock. This kit uses 18.0” Extended shocks and 12.7” compressed.
